JMC Cone Crusher – Precision Secondary Crushing for Hard Rock & Aggregates
The JMC Cone Crusher is a high-efficiency machine engineered for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock, mineral ores, and construction waste. Its design is focused on a compression-type crushing mechanism that uses a rotating mantle within a concave to produce uniform, high-quality output.
Driven by an electric motor, the cone crusher operates a horizontal shaft connected to a bevel gear, which in turn rotates a vertical eccentric sleeve. This motion drives the gyratory movement of the central axle, enabling the mantle to compress the feed material against the concave liner.
