The HT45 features a substantial 2 m³ hopper, designed to receive material from suitable loading equipment and direct it towards the vibrating grizzly feeder.

Variable-Speed Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
A crusher is only as productive as the material feed allows.
The HT45 uses a GFEM 2107 vibrating grizzly feeder to provide controlled material flow into the crushing chamber.
The feeder incorporates variable-speed operation from 500–1,000 rpm, adjustable stroke and heavy-duty coil-spring suspension.
The grizzly section provides a 40–70 mm bar opening, helping manage material flow before it reaches the jaw.

800 mm Main Discharge Conveyor
Once the material has passed through the jaw crusher, it is transferred onto an 800 mm wide discharge conveyor.
